Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed by consumers or businesses through our online shop.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code).
A business (entrepreneur) is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession (§ 14 BGB).

By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you place a binding order.
We accept your order by sending you an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices displayed are final prices and include statutory value-added tax (VAT).
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. The exact amount of shipping costs will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

4. Delivery and Product Availability

Delivery is made within Germany and to other EU countries using the following shipping service providers: DHL, Hermes, DPD, UPS.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 3–20 working days.
If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately.

5. Payment Methods

Your account will be charged immediately after the order is completed.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with §§ 355 ff. BGB (German Civil Code).

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights pursuant to §§ 434 ff. BGB apply.
For business customers:

The limitation period for claims for defects is one year from the transfer of risk.
Our liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), injury to life, body, or health.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If any provision of these T&C is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
