MinVert Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Return & Refund

You have the right to return & refund from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

The return shipment is free of charge for you if it is made within the 30-day period.

3. Return Conditions

Goods must be returned complete, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging.

Any deterioration of the goods beyond normal inspection may result in compensation for loss of value.

Please enclose the purchase receipt or invoice with your return.

4. Exchange Policy

Within 30 days, you may also exchange the products for an equivalent item or another MinVert product.

5. Warranty Conditions (10-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty)

Independent of your statutory withdrawal rights, MinVert provides a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on all microinverters and balcony solar systems.

The warranty covers:

Material and manufacturing defects

Malfunctions despite proper use

The warranty includes free repair or replacement of the product.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

Improper installation

Force majeure (e.g., lightning strike, flooding)

Misuse or unauthorized modification

6. Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights (in particular the two-year warranty under German Civil Code – BGB) remain unaffected by this agreement.
